Purse Seiner Dye is a 100% biodegradable, all natural powdered material that when dropped into water consistently produces a bright green strike.

Purse Seiner Dye is specifically manufactured for use in marking and controlling schools of fish.

To use Purse Seiner Dye: When a school of fish is spotted and the net is being set, a teaspoon of the dye should be placed into a dye bag. The bag should then be pulled closed. This dye bay is then thrown from a skiff boat or helicopter in the area where the "purse" has not yet closed. As the bags sink, it will produce a bright green strike. Multiple strikes in the open area of the "purse" typically discourages the fish from leaving the area.
