DOCSEA is a Fleet Maintenance and Vessels Management Software.

DocSea makes it possible to:

MAINTENANCE:

• Preventive: DocSea allows you to check all the preventive work that needs to be carried out, according to the on board running hours and / or with the time passed as per days, weeks, months or years.
• Repairs: DocSea allows you to input your every day comments on the work carried out

SPARE PARTS:

• For each part of your logistics, it is possible to add details concerning the suppliers, maintenance advice, Part number, stock, areas and location for the parts.
• Docsea can print spare parts check lists to help you in your storage space.

• You can follow your suppliers with a diary

COMMUNICATION MODULE:

• The Communication Module allows you to exchange the technical information between your vessels and the technical department in the office.
• You have DocSea software on board your vessels (DocSea Vessel) and on the office computer (DocSea Office).
• DocSea office can follow up on all your fleet maintenance on one system.
• Send your Data via e-mail or satellite with light kilobyte file. (Txt. File)
• The vessels can send their latest work as an update to the office.
  The technical department can communicate to the vessels information concerning maintenance.
